Refund policy
Any paid product bought from Dartfold can be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase, for any reason.
How to request a refund
- Email support@dartfold.online with the subject "Refund".
- Include the email address used at checkout and the approximate date of purchase.
- No explanation is required.
Timing
Requests are confirmed within two business days. The refund is then issued to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on the card issuer; the exact timing is controlled by the bank or processor, not by Dartfold.
Limits
- The 30-day window starts on the date of purchase.
- Refunds are made only to the original payment method.
- Access to the refunded product ends once the refund is processed.
Legal rights
This policy adds to, and does not replace, rights under Brazilian consumer law, including the 7-day right of withdrawal for purchases made online (art. 49 of Law 8.078/1990), or equivalent rights in the buyer's country.
